  1. Forward motion must be maintained at all times.  Unnecessary stopping may disqualify any unit.
  1. There will be spot judging only (there will be no judge’s stand).  The decision of the judges is final.
  1. No sirens or horns are to be sounded during the parade.
  1. NO CANDY IS TO BE THROWN FROM ANY VEHICLE IN THE PARADE!!!!
